Great short stay at Churchill. The owner was so accommodating (letting me stay a bit longer in the room so I could work) and easy. He even helped me get my charger back that I forgot! Room (basement level) was very clean and as expected - small but perfectly formed with a hot shower and range of tea ! Would recommend.

What a lovely stay! Owner was so helpful and friendly, location you could not get more central to everything and the room our room was beautiful had such a lovely feel. Recommend room 4 with the balcony. Forgot to mention extremely clean room, with lovely fresh sheets and fluffy towels. Room also came with everything you need for a, was very happy to find a hairdryer, haha the small things but such a pain in some places you have to drag yourself downstairs semi naked!

Perfect for our weekend in Brighton. Joy3 had everything we needed, self check in/check out, clean rooms, internet, TV, etc…. Our only issue was we were woken up one night by some drunks walking home in the early hours, but this wasn’t a fault of the flat. But this was great value for money compared to everything else we looked into around Brighton.

Great little guest house, self check in, which was easy. It's easy to find the hotel also. Secure parking close by if you need it . Within walking distance to the Brighton centre, and all shopping etc. Rooms well furnished, lovely comfortable bed, nice crisp clean bedding. Tea and coffee facility excellent, though I thought a small fridge would be useful for fresh milk as the person I was with needed to have almond milk due to allergies. Carpets clean. Enough hanging space for clothing for a weekend. Shower clean and shower gel etc.

Booked this last minute for a couple of days and was very impressed with the property it's quirky with character and is very quite, it's cool, our room had everything you need condiments, bottled water, both soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower, room was well decorated. The owner was very helpful and welcoming, the sea is a stones throw away, no breakfast included but plenty of food places to pick up a bite to eat, we liked it so much we've booked to come back in August.

Location couldn’t be better - right near shopping centre, short walk to the sea and easy reach of Brighton’s amazing array of good traditional pubs. Had an issue with access to the building to start with but was resolved and owner pleasantly communicative. Room clean, bed comfortable. Tea, coffee, water, tv all good. Shower cubicle a bit tired but shower itself was fine. All in all very good for the price. Would stay again.

Decent for the price - really good location especially as we were going to a concert at the Brighton centre so ideal for getting back from that (3 min walk)! Room was fine and beds were comfy so had a good nights sleep! check in was easy and clear and everything was very clean. Very good value for money considering the location! Only odd thing was that the slope the house was built on was obviously not corrected when building the house which meant it felt like we were on a lean - not an issue really especially as it’s an older building so something that can’t be corrected, but was an interesting climb up the stairs after some drinks!!

This is our second time we have stayed here and we absolutely love it . We arrived last night to no electricity in the kitchen area and as soon as we had reported it , they rectified it within the hour and also gave us a good will gesture for the inconvenience even though it was for only one hour. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.
